You are entering into a legally binding contract when you book a holiday home. We strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance. If you are forced to cancel, for whatever reason, under the law you will be liable.  We will attempt to re-let the property but if we are  unsuccessful, then all or part of the money will be forfeit. 

Full letting weeks are from Friday to Friday (alternative days by prior arrangement - please enquire). Please contact us if you wish to stay for a short break (min. 2 nights) as these are available by prior arrangement and are subject to availability.  

Our self-catering accommodation is available from 3pm on the day of arrival.  Please vacate by 10.30am on your departure date.  A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required for all bookings within 5 days of the booking, failure to do this will result in the property being re-let. The final payment is required 6 weeks in advance of the arrival date.  If the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the full amount is required to secure the cottage.  We also require a separate £100 security deposit, along with the final payement. The security deposit will be banked, but will be returned within 14 days of your holiday ending, as long as the keys,  and permit are returned  and the cottage is undamaged.   

The client will be liable for the cost of any damage to the property or breakages which occur during the rental period. We respectfully ask clients to leave the accommodation in the condition in which they found it. Clients will be liable for extra cleaning costs. The security deposit will be returned within 14 days of your holiday ending .  

N.B. Any breakages, damage to the property or failure to return the Visitor's Parking Permit for No 43 Cottage will result in the forfeiture of all or part of the security deposit.
